I wake up to the sound of rain on my tent. No weather for cycling, especially since I am still don't feel well. I also need to do some laundry. I decide to stay for another day.
In the afternoon the rain stops. I ride into Tain for some shopping. I'm astonished to find several supermarkets with names familiar from Germany: coop, Lidl, Spar.
At the coop I meet two cyclists, an english girl with her german boyfriend. They are also following the North Sea Cycle Route. They started in Dresden, following the Elberadweg to get to Hamburg - another 700 km...
